1/12/23 – 1/15/23 Sony Open Bike Valet
HBL is partnering with the Sony Open PGA Tour to help green their Kahala event by encouraging people to bike to the tournament. We’ll be offering bike valet for the four main days (Thursday to Sunday) of the tournament at Wai‘alae Beach Park in Kahala.
We’re looking for some golf loving volunteers to help out. There are 4-hour shifts in which you just in-take bikes, write down people’s info, and make sure that they get the right bike back. We’ll have a tent for shade, chairs to cruise in, food to eat, and on top of that volunteers get one free day pass to check out the tournament, which can be used any day you’d like!
Legendary players such as Tiger Woods, Phil Mickelson, Rory Mcilroy, & many more will be playing. Don’t miss this chance to help out HBL & watch great players compete for the #1 spot!
1/14/23 Helmet Giveaway at HPU
Join HBL and the Hawai’i Pacific University Men’s Basketball team as we honor the memory of former HPU teammate by hosting the 11th annual Kam’s Helmets Day on Saturday, January 14th, 2023. Free skateboard and bicycle helmets will be distributed while supplies last at halftime of the men’s game in memory of former HPU basketball student-athlete Kameron Steinhoff, who died from a head injury suffered in a tragic skateboarding accident.
Volunteers needed for the 39TH ANNUAL HONOLULU CENTURY RIDE!
The Honolulu Century Ride is HBL’s largest fundraising event. It’s been 3 years since we are able to host this event, so we hope to make this the biggest comeback ever.
