Staying Alert through Cycling
This 30-minute presentation will instill the value of physical activity through cycling for everyone, with an emphasis on seniors. Cycling is not only beneficial for the aging body, but studies have proven that it’s beneficial for the aging mind as well. Kūpuna will learn about new ways to stay physically and mentally fit by bicycling outside or even on a stationary bike at home or at the gym (or by riding a trike!). Seniors will also be introduced to our on-trike workshops. This talk is free for any organization, company, center, or group who would like it.
