Complete Streets are streets that designed to safely accommodate everyone – people that walk, bike, take the bus, drive, and are handicap. In conjunction with upcoming street repavings, the City is kicking off Complete Streets plans for three of Oahu communities – Kailua, Kaneohe, Pearl City. Please get involved in your neighborhood!
Kailua
Includes Kailua Rd, Kalaheo Ave, Kihapai St, Kuulei Rd, Kainalu Dr, Maluniu Ave, and Mokapu Rd.
Get Involved:
- Pop-Up – Thursday April 5th 5:00-7:00pm at Kailua Town Center, near Pier 1
- Walking Tour – Wednesday April 11th 2:00-4:00pm meet at Kailua District Park
- Community Meeting – Wednesday April 11th 6:00-8:00pm at Kailua District Park

Kaneohe
Includes Kamehameha Hwy, Haiku Rd, Kahuhipa St, and Kaneohe Bay Dr.
