Fun, casual ride from Waikiki Playground to Makapu'u Beach Park and back for a 30 mile ride. Part of group continues on to Kailua for lunch, then returns via coastal route to Waikiki (distance of 50 miles). We'll regroup along the route to be sure that no one is left behind!
Meet at Waikiki Playground, corner of Leahi Ave and Monsarrat Ave, near Waikiki Elementary School at 9 am and be ready to roll at 9:15 am.
Group to Makapuu is usually back by 12:30, and those that go to Kailua are back

Each weekly session begins with 15 minutes of bike safety, maintenance tips and bike handling education. Then we'll hit the streets for a 5-10 mile ride, at a pace of 8-12 mph.
This ride is geared towards those new to cycling or people that need more confidence and skills to ride safely on the streets of Oahu. Helmets required.

Neighbor Islands
Kauai Path, Inc. is a community organization with the vision of Kauai residents working together to preserve, protect, and extend access island-wide through the design, implementation, and stewardship of non-motorized multi-use paths. A board of directors leads Kauai Path, and several interest groups participate in various committees that report to the board. These committees manage such aspects as the Path Ambassadors and Friends of the Path programs, fund raising, volunteer activities, outreach, and planning.
The Maui Bicycle Alliance is a community based organization, organizing and energizing Maui's efforts to make Maui a safe place to cycle, and ultimately become a premier cycling destination.
PATH, Peoples Advocacy for Trails Hawaii, is a community-based, grassroots organization founded in 1986. PATH is headquartered in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii servingthe island of Hawaii. PATH works in partnership with organizations across the state and the country to make it safe, fun and easy to walk, hike, ride a bike and live a healthy, active lifestyle in Hawaii.
